We offer three sizes for each custom pet collage:

• Small: 8 x 12"
• Medium: 12 x 18"
• Large: 18 x 24"

All our collages are designed in a landscape format to complement the horizontal shape of your pet's name.

You can revise an unlimited amount of times! Your happiness is our number-1 priority, and we won't stop until you are in love with your collage.

Typically, you can expect to receive your collage within 4 to 9 business days after placing your order. Here's a breakdown of what happens during that time:

• Custom design (12-24 hours)
• Printing & assembly (1-5 business days)
• Shipping (2-4 business day)*

*Shipping times are experiencing a bit of delay due to holiday season. Collages ordered now will not arrive before Christmas. If you want expedited shipping, please contact us.

We print our custom collages on art gallery-quality matte paper. 

Our frames are made of semi-hardwood harvested through renewable forestry. Each frame comes with hanging hardware installed, so you don't have to waste any time hanging your masterpiece on the wall!

If you have any doubts about your photos, you can always contact us, and we will get back to you right away!

Unfortunately, since each collage is custom-made, we're not able to accept returns. However, we will do everything in our power to make it right! If you'd like another collage, we are more than happy to design another one for you. And if you ultimately decide you want a refund, no worries; we will process a refund for you.

Any photos you take on your smartphone will be in the correct format. But technically speaking, only JPGs and PNGs are accepted during the upload process on our website.

Pick your favorite photos of your pet and upload them to our website. Our talented artists will begin designing your custom collage right away. Within 1 day, we'll send you a preview of your collage. You can approve it or request unlimited revisions. Once you're happy with your custom collage, we'll print it and ship it right to your door at no extra charge!
